His duty amongst other things will be to rummage around the venue prior to the event with his team and write a comprehensive security guideline report.

The guidelines report will provide a framework to assist in law enforcement, planning and managing security and crowd management and control during the events.

He and his team will work hand in hand with personnel from the Ghana police service who are experienced in security responsibilities, as well as strategies that have been effective over the years. We will also employ the services of private security companies to assist the police in maintaining law and order.

 CCTV cameras will be mounted all over the venue to enable security personnel efficiently monitor activities at the venue. We have made arrangements with the Ghana national fire service, national disaster management organization and the Ghana Ambulance Service to be at the venue and assist in case of emergency.

 A space will be allocated to a selected community hospital or polyclinic which will take care of minor injuries and ailments.
